The UK-PSC Study is currently led by Dr. Palak Trivedi of the University of Birmingham (Chief Investigator) and Dr. Douglas Throburn (Chair) from the Royal Free Hospital in London. He is supported by a UK-PSC Project Manager, and the UK PSC Data Manager.
Dr. Emma Culver BSc(Hon). MBChB. MRCPGastro. DPhil is Consultant Hepatologist and Senior Lecturer at the John Radcliffe Hospital, Oxford, UK with a specialist interest in immune-mediated liver diseases including Primary Sclerosing Cholangitis, IgG4-related Cholangitis and Autoimmune Hepatitis. She leads the Immune-Mediated Liver Disease clinical service in Oxford, and is the Chief Investigator for UK-IgG4, on the Steering Committee for UK-PSC, UK-AIH and BASL Immune-Mediated Liver Disease Special Interest Group, and a member of the international study groups for PSC and AIH. Her translational research is funded from the Academy of Medical Sciences, Wellcome Trust and NIHR BRC Oxford grants.
